Shipping Costs

Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address and contact information when placing an order to ensure timely delivery. Delivery Receipt

2. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
We only accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged bike accessories (mirrors, bags, lights, saddles & covers). Eligible items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
Bike mirrors, bike bags, bike lights, and bike saddles & covers with no quality issues are not eligible for return or exchange due to the practical use characteristics of bike accessories.
Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the defective/damaged product and packaging for verification.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm the quality issue, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality-related requests (which are not eligible for processing).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective bicycle accessory, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the defective product and its original packaging. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund and cover all related shipping costs.
